"Looked great for our bathroom"
We ordered a few boxes of these for our bathroom, and in person they look nicer than they did in the pictures. The quality feels solid, the edges were clean, and the color was pretty much exactly what I was hoping for. For our space, they ended up being a really good choice, and I’m very happy with how they turned out.

I had a quick question about my order and they got back to me way faster than I expected. The answer was clear too, no weird runaround or anything. Compared to some other places I’ve dealt with... yeah, this was just a much easier experience. Happy with the support overall.

I ordered from wholetiles.com the shipping took a lot longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely updated, so I was basically left wondering when the order was actually going to arrive.
When the tiles finally showed up, the box looked rough and the packaging inside wasn’t very impressive. A few tile corners were chipped, which wasn’t the end of the world, but still frustrating. For what I paid, I really think they should do a better job packing orders.

"Decent prices, but I expected a bit more"
I ordered from WholeTiles.com and, based on that experience, I’d say the prices are okay overall but not exactly a huge bargain. A few tiles seemed like good value, but once delivery was added, some of the savings didn’t feel that impressive. I did find what I needed in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as cheap as I’d hoped.
